HOA Governance
Vista Palms Community Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the homeowners. The Board works to uphold the community’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and ensure the smooth operation of shared amenities and services. Key responsibilities include:
Homeowners are required to pay monthly HOA fees to support the upkeep of common areas, landscaping, and each of the owners’ lots. Special assessments may occasionally be required for major projects, as approved by the Board and in accordance with our governing documents.
Community Guidelines
To maintain our community's standards, all residents are expected to follow the guidelines outlined in the CC&Rs. These rules cover topics such as:

Meetings and Events
The HOA holds regular meetings to discuss community matters and provide updates.
