Vista Palms Lawn Services
The Vista Palms lawn maintenance includes the following services:
- Lawn Mowing
- Edging Sidewalks/Driveways
- String Trimming Along Fence/House
- Weed Spraying in Driveways/Sidewalks
- Lawn Weed Spraying
- Fertilizer Twice A Year
- Hedge Trimming Quarterly
- Palm Trimming
- Mulching Once A Year
PLEASE NOTE: Lawn maintenace services DO NOT include palm replacement, tree replacement, plant replacement, or sod. The association is not responsible for valves, irrigation controllers, or any type of wire replacement. The association will only replace pop-ups and rotors as needed. Lawn ornaments should be out of the way on lawn mowing days. Yard lights should be 15 inches inside the homeowners landscape beds. Garden hoses should be in garage or on a reel on the side of house. The association will not move trampolines to mow under them. All children's toys and dog toys need to be picked up along with dog droppings.

■ Red Phase 1: (Jan 12 & 26 - Feb 9 & 23 - March 9 & 23 - April 6 & 20)
■ Blue Phase 2: (Jan 13 & 27 - Feb 10 & 24 - March 10 & 24 - April 7 & 21)
■ Green Phase 3: (Jan 14 & 28 - Feb 11 & 25 - March 11 & 25 - April 8 & 22)
■ Yellow Phase 4: (Jan 15 & 29 - Feb 12 & 26 - March 12 & 26 - April 9 & 23)
Friday is trimming and extra services for the residents.
